Rushelle Campbell
Rushelle Campbell is a dedicated early intervention and speech-language professional with over 15 years of experience supporting children and families across home, school, and community settings. She has served as an Infant Toddler Developmental Therapist since 2016 and a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant since 2009, with a strong focus on early communication, language development, and functional skill building. Rushelle is certified to teach Reading K–12 and Exceptional Student Education (ESE) K–12 and recently completed a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis through a BCBA Certificate Program. She is currently preparing to sit for the BCBA exam. With a foundation in communication disorders and education, Rushelle brings a collaborative, family-centered, and evidence-based approach to early intervention and developmental services.

Kettlie Eugene
Kettlie Eugene is an experienced early childhood professional with over a decade of hands-on work supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs in home, school, and community settings. She has served as a preschool and lead teacher, developmental consultant liaison, and teacher assistant in specialized autism programs. Kettlie is trained as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) and holds ABA/RBT training, with extensive experience conducting developmental screenings and assessments such as ASQ and Child Find. Fluent in English and Creole, she is passionate about empowering families through education, advocacy, and culturally responsive early intervention services.

Bonnie Quintall
Bonnie Quintall is a highly diverse and experienced educator and developmental professional with a strong background in special education, early childhood, and behavioral support across school-based, home-based, and virtual settings. She is an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with ASD, learning differences, and mental health needs. Bonnie has served as an ESE and ASD teacher, reading interventionist, mentor, and therapist, bringing a compassionate, structured, and individualized approach to every child and family she serves. Her multidisciplinary background in education, healthcare, and counseling allows her to provide well-rounded, family-centered early intervention services.

Randi Grillo
Randi Grillo, M.Ed. is a highly accomplished early childhood and elementary education professional with extensive experience supporting young children and families in Title I, Early Steps, and school-based settings. She has served as a Kindergarten teacher, ESOL resource teacher, early intervention academic tutor, and adoption case manager, bringing a strong foundation in child development, behavioral psychology, and family engagement. Randi holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is certified as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist through Easterseals/Early Steps. She is professionally certified in PreK–3, ESE, ESOL, and Prekindergarten Disabilities, and is recognized for excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and family-centered practice. Randi’s collaborative, data-informed, and compassionate approach supports meaningful developmental progress for children across diverse learning needs
